We went to a last years Smokeout and
this one out did the last..
The Smokeout was located at the home of Rick & Chrystal Burden
in Pa.
If you enjoy smoked food and want to know how to do your own
there are many forums dedicated to this hobby. One forum in great
fashion is the
Bradley
Smoker Forum. Discussions from smoking, grilling and sausage
making are the norm.
This year there was no rain to contend with so we
were not stuck under the canopies or in the garage.
More member came to the event including members
from the pellet forum. A lot of info was tossed around. So you not
only left with some extra knowledge but a full stomach.
Rich and Crystal out did themselves.
A big thank you to our hosts and all the members
of both forums.
